I followed this answer's instructions on how to setup the watchdog on a Raspberry Pi. It is working great.
However, I want to be able to detect when the Raspberry Pi has rebooted due to the watchdog. How do I do this?
Based on this post I tried using vcgencmd get_rsts, but it prints out get_rsts=20 regardless of whether the pi was restarted because of the watchdog or the reboot command.
I am using a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Plus with Buster and kernel version 5.4.51-v7+.
