It may help to temporarily configure for English in order to follow along.

Open user settings preferences

Command pallet open with search in progress You can open a "command pallete" with CTRL-P and search for >preferences: open user settings (the > is typed and is significant):

Title Bar Style

Window settings with Title Bar Style set to native In the "Window" section (on left), changing "Title Bar Style" to "native" is sufficient to get a traditional menu bar. So you can optionally change it. I know "title bar" and "menu bar" don't sound like they should be related at all, but the setting affects the menu bar. You will see a note about that in the next screen shot. Yours is apparently set to "custom", which then makes the following menu bar visibility setting relevant.

Classic menu style (when using "custom" title bar)

Window settings with Menu Bar Visibility set to classic.

The Menu Bar Visibility is also in the Window section. You currently have "compact" selected apparently, along with "custom" title bar. So if you don't go with "native" Title Bar Style, then you need to chose something other than "compact". Choosing "classic" will cause the menu bar to look a lot like the native one.
